    Very informative, really helped me understand how this diet works and what to do in any situation ( eating out ). Also what supplements to use while on the diet. How to deal with the Keto flu and much more! It’s a nice straight to the point read. I would definitely recommend this book to all the beginning Keto dieters. It touches on areas like diabetes, Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s, epilepsy, brain disorders, cancer etc. I love how it also gives a stater 7 day meal plan!

    I have to give it one star because it says the standard Keto diet is 75% fat, 25% protein and 5% carbs which is 105%. Please fix
